OUR PROCESS FLOW

INITIATING

We initiate by making project proposal, setting project scope, responsibility assignment matrix (RACI), tentative project schedule, analysis of business needs and requirements against measurable goals, project charter including costs, tasks, deliverables, and schedule SWOT analysis

PLANNING

Determining methodology to follow, developing the scope statement, selecting the planning team; identifying deliverables, identifying the activities, estimating resource requirements, estimating time and cost, developing the schedule and budget, risk planning, gaining formal approval to begin work.

EXECUTION

After the successful planning phase, we start the execution of the plan. This phase ensures the right execution of the plan. In this phase, we properly allocate, coordinate and manage the human resources and any other resources such as material and budgets. The output of this phase is the project deliverables.

MONITOR AND CONTROL

This phase measures the ongoing project activities, Monitor the project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project management plan and the project performance baseline. It helps in Identifying corrective actions to address issues and risks properly.

CLOSING

This phase completes and settle each contract (including the resolution of any open items) and close each contract applicable to the project. Finalize all activities across all of the process groups to formally close the project. While this phase we take measures to ensure the output exactly matches the requirement.
